Thank you for shopping with Saffron Era! Please note that all orders for artificial jewellery are fulfilled through Meesho, Amazon, or Flipkart. As such, Saffron Era does not directly handle returns, refunds, or exchanges. All refunds and returns are processed according to the respective marketplace policies.


1. Marketplace Refund & Return Policies

  • Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart have their own return and refund procedures, which may vary by seller, product type, and location.
  • Once you are redirected to a marketplace to place your order, you will need to follow their instructions for returning items or requesting refunds.

2. General Guidelines

  • Physical products such as artificial jewellery may be eligible for return or exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, according to the marketplace policy.
  • Ensure that the item is unused, in original packaging, and that all tags or certificates are intact (if applicable).
  • Returns may not be accepted for certain items, including but not limited to:
    • Sale items (as per marketplace rules)
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued by the marketplace where the purchase was made.
  • Once your return is approved by the marketplace, your refund will typically be credited to your original payment method within the time frame specified by them.
  • Saffron Era does not have access to process refunds directly.
